We are thrilled to launch our exciting bespoke all-inclusive Elopement and Intimate Wedding packages at Rottnest Island featuring the exclusive beachside resort - Samphire Rottnest. 

Ideal for Intimate Weddings between 10 and 35 people. 

Package options and inclusions; 

- Atalie Park, Authorised Celebrant and award-winning Intimate Event Planner and Coordinator will Officiate your nuptials and take care of all the details and guide you though the planning journey and wedding day itself with a professional and talented team of wedding vendors

- Beach Ceremony, four locations around the island to choose from (additional fees apply, please see below) 

- Celebrate your Elopement nuptials with a romantic long table set menu lunch or dinner with a 3-hour beverage package on-site at Lontara Restaurant, or a cocktail celebration at Lontara Lounge overlooking the resort pool with your nearest and dearest. *Further options available depending on requirements and resort availability

- Enjoy all the luxuries this spectacular resort has to offer in your over-sized Beachfront Suite, relax, soak up the sun and stay a while! *Special inclusions apply 

- Professional award-winning Master Wedding Photographer capturing all the special moments to share and look back on forever, fully edited photos delivered via an online gallery (includes edited sneak peek photos delivered to you digitally within hours of your marriage to announce to the world) (4-hour duration) 

- Professional Documentary Style Wedding Videography to share with loved ones and look back on forever (4-hour duration) 

- Enjoy getting pampered in your Suite with your personal Hair + Editorial Makeup Artist with a trial at the Atwell studio. Additional hair and makeup services may be added for family or guests (additional)

- A custom designed wedding cake for cutting and enjoyment (optional)  

- *10% Accommodation discount may be extended to guests at the resort pending seasonal availability 

- Package includes wedding vendor team same day travel to and from the Island

$17,000 Non-peak months (May - August)

$19,000 Peak months (September - April) 

Additional upgrades to be considered; 

- *Floral's and styling package pending approval by the resort and the Rottnest Island Authority 

What's not included; 

- Return boat fares for Couple and guests to and from the island, additional guest accommodation, and incidental/activity charges during your stay at the Resort or around the Island 

- Rottnest Island Authority Event Application and Licensing fees and charges;  

• Event Application Fee $258 (Administration fee charged to all events conducted on the island)
• Event Licence Fee $516 (Hire fee for use of public event space on the island)
• Commercial Filming Application Fee $222 (Administration fee charged to all filming & photography conducted on the island)
• Filming Fee from $280 (Day Visit, Photography - Stills)

- Above package pricing based on 30 people (to include the Couple) Min 8 people, maximum 35 people. For Elopements please see package under "Elopements" page  

- Not available December or January months, and all WA School Holidays 

- Exact package pricing and inclusions will be customised via an emailed Proposal, valid for 21 days

- Pricing and inclusions listed above subject to change without notice, once booking is confirmed and deposit received, pricing is locked 

- Full T+C's will be provided in conjunction with formal Proposal
