Please adhere with current Local and State Government requirements at the time of your event.
We take this matter extremely seriously and want to protect both our team and our Couple's and wedding guest's health and safety.
Please find the information below outlining the current Policies and Procedures pertaining to COVID-19 to ensure everyone’s safety in the highest regard.
- If you are feeling unwell or are presenting with symptoms of COVID 19, please make contact with us immediately as a matter of urgency and take your General Practitioners advice. (You may use the "Learn More" button below to email us directly.)
- All attendees must adhere to all current requirements on the day of the event
- Meetings, inquiries and paperwork appointments are strongly encouraged to be conducted via zoom (or another platform that suits) unless it’s absolutely necessary. i.e., a venue site tour
- If we are advised that any of the vendors associated with your wedding must isolate awaiting test results from either coming into contact, or contracting COVID-19, we will notify you immediately. Replacement vendors within each vendors’ network (of similar experience and skill) will be engaged as a matter of urgency to fulfill that service, and they will be included in the detailed run sheets, and a phone call to revise all details, to ensure that they are fully briefed.
- If you (the Couple) contract COVID-19 or are required to isolate for any reason impacting the date of your wedding, we must postpone the wedding and reschedule within the next six (6) consecutive month period. Unlimited postponements due to mandated restrictions or the Couple contracting COVID-19 (with medical certificate) to include dependents and parents (living locally), will be permitted. You must advise Atalie Park in writing within 24-hours after learning of such. You may postpone your wedding for any other reason (relating to COVID-19) one time, (providing it is 61 days or more in advance) at no charge. Subsequent postponements will incur a fee equal to 10% of the overall package. All funds paid to date will be transferred to your new booking date.
- As mentioned, postponements must occur only in the six (6) months following your event date. You may choose any available date (same day as your booked date) within the same function room, and capacity. Reduction of any part of the package will not be permitted.
- If you select a date that the team of vendors or the venue is not available, or you choose to cancel your wedding event altogether, the non-refundable deposit and any funds already paid as per the cancellation clause in your contract will be forfeited. You MUST notify us immediately upon isolating so we may advise all vendors as soon as practically possible.
- If you (the Couple) choose to cancel the event entirely, the “Cancellation” clause in your contract will come into effect.
- There may arise a situation where a vendor cannot arrive on time to a wedding (e.g., they must isolate immediately and test within a short time of the event start time, and a replacement vendor can’t arrive on time). In this instance we will provide a later finish time for that service, or delay the wedding slightly to accommodate the timeline if required.
- If we discover that someone attending the wedding has COVID-19, or should be in isolation, the event will be cancelled and my team and I will leave immediately. No refunds will be given.
We thank you for your due diligence regarding the safety of everyone involved. We look forward to supporting and navigating our Couples through a challenging time during one of the most important and exciting events of your lives.
